FPT Complex in Da Nang city, Vietnam is set to be functional on April 2016 with the opening ceremony scheduled on 22nd April. This is the second campus of FPT Software in Danang, which is planned to host over 10,000 employees. In the first phase, FPT Complex will accommodate 3,200 FPT’s employees in Danang city.
Started constructing on 13th of August 2014, FPT Complex is the forth campus in Vietnam and is planned as biggest one with a total area of 5.9 hectares. The campus is known as the first project in Viet Nam designed in Regulation 2013 of the Ministry of Construction as a “green” office. Modern design will help the campus save 21% of electric power, 32% of water and 20% of energy through the use of green materials. Earlier on December 2014, FPT Complex has received the EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for efficient use of resources. It was also selected by the People’s Committee and Department of Construction of Danang city as the typical building of Da Nang to introduce at the World Architecture Day 2015.
FPT Software is the pioneer in Vietnam to apply campus model. The company currently has campuses in all the 3 biggest cities across Vietnam, including F-ville campus in Hanoi; FPT campus and FPT Complex in Da Nang city; F-town in Ho Chi Minh City. The construction of these campuses is in line with the company’s strategic plan to have 30,000 employees by 2020.
