Dr. Truong Gia Binh is the founder and Chairman of FPT Corporation. Under his guidance, FPT has become a leading ICTT conglomerate in the Southeast Asia region, with revenue of more than 1.6 billion USD in 2021.

He founded the Vietnam Software Association and IT Services Association (VINASA) in 2001 and remained its Chairman until 2020. He has been Associate Professor since 1991, Dean of Business Administration Department of Hanoi School of Business, Hanoi National University from 1995 to 2013 and the Chairman of Vietnam Young Enterprises Organization from 1998 to 2005.

Dr. Binh has also chaired the National Private Sector Development Committee, advising the Prime Minister on reforming policies to boost the growth of Vietnam’s private sector, particularly in agriculture, tourism, and information technology. In honour of his contribution to the Vietnamese IT sector, he received Nikkei Asia Prize 2013 in the regional growth category.

Phuong Tram is former global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at DuPont and currently FPT’s Chief Advisor on Digital Transformation, with decades of experiences on the “front line”.

He led DuPont worldwide IT & Processes organization, focusing on direct IT support for business units, functional units, and regional operations. Tram initiated and built DuPont’s Minimum Business Infrastructures across 28 countries. His seamless digitization strategy helped Dupont save half of a billion dollars’ worth of IT costs and transform the legacy systems from 6,000 applications to 1,100 within three years.

In collaboration with Microsoft, Tram ran the largest Azure environment for thousands of servers, including the largest 400+ core Azure for R&D computer simulation of product development and screening. With SAP, he consolidated and created four global SAP instances, making DuPont the first company to design and deliver SAP Hana Data in Hubs. He also joined forces with AT&T to invent the secured Netbond that links open API with all commercial cloud environments such as Salesforce, SoftLayer, Azure, etc.

Tram served as a board member for Technology Business Management Council, AT&T’s Executive Customers Advisory Board, Dell-EMC CIO Advisory Board, Salesforce’s CIO Advisory Board and Research Board, IBM Cloud Business Board, the US Cyber Security CIO Board, and Gartner Research Board.

Mr. Tran Dang Hoa, formerly the Director of FPT Strategic Unit 11, which serves Japanese market and major in Embedded System vertical, was appointed CEO of FPT Japan in 2015. He joined FPT Software in 2004. Over the last 11 years, he has also taken important positions in Operation and Business Development functions. As the Director of FPT Japan, Mr. Tran Dang Hoa managed the operation of FPT Software’s Japan market as well as undertook extra responsibility of developing business of Business Process Outsourcing, setting up and developing operation center in new market such as Myanmar to promote the global software outsourcing industry of Vietnam.

Mr. Joseph is the Chief Revenue Officer at FPT Software Americas. Joining the company, he was tasked with the mission of leading the P&L and driving significant growth in revenue, profits, capabilities, and people. He is an entrepreneurial P&L leader with 15 years of experience in the industry. Under his leadership, his cross-functional teams have successfully built businesses and markets from scratch into multimillion-dollar profitable portfolios. Prior to joining FPT, he held several managerial positions at leading tech firms, including ITC Infotech and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He received his degree from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and has completed the executive management program in Strategy and Innovation at the world-renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Mr. Albert Smets is the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Executive Officer for Productline Documents at Unifiedpost Group. With extensive experience in the technology industry, Albert is an exceptional leader with proven success in enterprise planning and management, as well as supporting operations and growth on a global scale. He is an expert in refining and innovating technology solutions that accelerate business transformations and unlock values.

Albert received his Master Degree MSc Computer Science from the University of Eindhoven – NL, and has completed the Leadership management program at INSEAD. Furthermore he has two executive MBAs, one received at the Krannert Business School West-Lafayette USA and the other received at the TIAS Nimbas business school at Tilburg NL.

Mr. Masakatsu Mori is the former Chairman and Representative Director of Accenture Japan Ltd. He has worked with the organization for over 30 years, during which he has used his vast knowledge and experience in advising many global corporations doing business in Japan and beyond. Additionally, Mr. Mori was the President of the International University of Japan, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees. He was also the Executive of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai), as well as Director of Sky Perfect JSAT Holdings.

Mr. Scott Liniado, VP Product & Engineering at Cox Automotive, is responsible for Manheim’s enterprise software solutions for large commercial clients. Based in Atlanta, Scott works to build the right technology for the Manheim Digital product portfolio while delivering an exceptional experience for Cox Automotive’s clients. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software space focused on designing, implementing, and supporting software solutions globally.

Graduated from Emory University, Scott was named one of Auto Remarketing’s “40 under 40” in 2017. He was also the recipient of the Georgia Youth Entrepreneur of the Year award and was awarded the Best Youth Operated Business by Business Atlanta.

Mr. Thorsten Neumann is a fintech entrepreneur and advisor with a background in internet services in sub-Saharan Africa. He is the Chief Technology Officer of SC Ventures, Standard Chartered Bank’s innovation, fintech investment and ventures arm.

Prior to SC Ventures, he oversaw the rollout of a payment gateway in developing countries, started his own corporate internet services provider in South Africa, and ran a Congolese gold mine’s IT systems.

Thorsten is a volunteer at Noah’s Ark Cares animal shelter, and startup mentor at the German Accelerator Southeast Asia. He holds Degrees in Computer Science from the University of Pretoria, and the University of Johannesburg.

Before joining FPT Software, Mr. Frank Bignone was Airbus’s Vice President and Head of Digital Transformation for the Asia Pacific Region and China. Specializing mainly in aviation, aerospace, and service industries, he held various managerial positions at Airbus Defense and Space, Spot Image, Astrium Geo-Information Services, EADS Astrium, and ISTAR. He also led its regional digital transformation team to develop strategic digital initiatives and optimize Airbus’ services to meet a broad array of deliverables and customer satisfaction along with implementing Airbus’ digital platform strategy, Skywise. In 2021, Frank was appointed Global Director of Digital Transformation (DX) Division of FPT Software with the mission to transform the company into a world-class IT services and Digital Transformation provider.

Joined since 2008 with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Mr. Oga is a “practitioner” of sustainability management and a “change agent” who promotes clients’ digital transformation at SAP – the world’s largest provider of enterprise application software. As a “practitioner,” he is responsible for SAP Japan’s transformation and leads the med-term transformation program. In his approach, design thinking is used not only for new business creation but also for corporate transformation. As a “change agent”, he promotes collaborative innovation with various stakeholders such as large companies, startups, academia, and local governments.

Mr. Mark Dahlberg is responsible for Information Technology at Sysmex. Mark’s teams have built internal and external custom software that is considered leading edge in the In Vitro Diagnostics market. Sysmex builds and sells industry leading middleware connecting the Sysmex instrumentation to the customer’s LIS systems and builds internal facing software for the field service organization.

Prior to joining Sysmex in 2010, Mark was the CIO of Touchpoint Care, a tele-health company. Mark was responsible for IT strategy at Sears Roebuck and prior was with Allstate as Director of Web Architecture and worked for the company for 20 years.

Boon Siew Han is the Chief Information Officer at Schaeffler Asia Pacific and holds the role of Director of SHARE at NTU. He is also the Head of Advanced Research & Innovation for Asia Pacific, where he is responsible for driving R&D in the areas of Advanced robotics, Mechatronics, and AI technology for Schaeffler.

Before joining Schaeffler, Boon Siew served as the Head of Department at A *STAR Autonomous Vehicle and Robotic Program in Singapore. There, he led a team to develop A *STAR’s self-driving vehicle platforms, which eventually be- came the only team allowed to publicly trial Autonomous Vehicles in Singapore.

Boon Siew is a technical leader with in-depth digital knowledge of embedded electronics controls, vehicle systems integration, and robotics systems development. He has also collaborated with various companies and organizations in Japan, Korea, and Italy on advanced automotive sensors and humanoid robots.

Boon Siew’s interests and activities in the Asia Pacific include implementing digitalized solutions for Industrial 4.0, Robotics, IoT, and Urban Mobility, which consists of personal mobility and Autonomous Vehicles.

Mr. Hiroyuki Koyama engaged as Technology Executive of Retail Solutions Business Group for seven years and was promoted to his current position at Toshiba Tec Corporation in 2022. Mr. Koyama is highly experienced with extensive professional knowledge in POS technology, mechatronics, universal design, life cycle systems, product data management, and hardware and software platform technology.
