Nguyen Viet Vuong
Senior Vice President, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Japan Holdings
Mr. Nguyen Viet Vuong is appointed as FPT Japan Holdings Co., Ltd & FPT Software Japan Co., Ltd Chief Executive Officer since the beginning of 2019. He graduated from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, specializing in Asia Pacific Business Administration.
Mr. Vuong has been working for FPT Software for more than 10 years, since 2007. He has been working various roles such as Vice President, Head of Business Representative Osaka Office, Head of Business Unit and more.
His outstanding work, professional skills and leadership, which contributes greatly to the company success, has been recognized various times.
Dang Tran Phuong
Senior Vice President, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Software America
Mr. Dang Tran Phuong was officially appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of FPT USA since September 1, 2017.
Since joining FPT in 2004 after graduated, Mr. Dang Tran Phuong has held several management positions such as Division Leader, Vice Group Leader, Delivery Manager in FPT Software’s Strategic Unit for the U.S. market, Account Manager of the company’s key accounts in Aviation and Logistics Industry. At this position, Mr. Dang Tran Phuong has remarkably driven sales growth of these key accounts as well as transformed a small team of software engineers who work for our client– the world leading airplane manufacturer, to a group of more than 350 headcounts.
In 2016, Mr. Dang Tran Phuong took the position of FPT USA’s Chief Delivery Officer. Together with the former CEO of FPT USA, Mr. Dang Tran Phuong has significantly contributed to the re-structuring process of the organization.
As FPT USA’s CEO, Mr. Dang Tran Phuong will focus on the people, technology and customers to make FPT USA continuously grow in the next coming years.
Le Hong Hai
Senior Vice President, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Germany
Mr. Le Hong Hai (Hai Le) has been appointed to Managing Director of FPT Germany since January 2017.
Mr. Le Hong Hai graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering and MBA, starting his career at FPT Software in 2003. He has a strong technical background gained through his positions as Developer (2003-2006), Project Manager (2006-2010), Division Leader (2010-2011) and Operations Manager (2010-2016). Over 15 years working as a senior manager in Singapore, the United States and United Kingdom, leading more than 1,500 employees, Mr. Hai has accumulated solid management experience. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified manager, he has successfully delivered hundreds projects to customers from various industries such as Aviation & Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automation, Telecom and Utilities,..
During this time, he has consistently contributed to the company’s growth and profitability by combining his strong technical, management knowledge with his dedicated and proactive approach. Mr. Hai was awarded FPT Software’s Best Manager in 2013, FPT Software’s Best Performer of the year and FPT Corporation’s Second Best Performer of the year in 2015.
Vice President, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Software France
Jerome Modolo is an established information technology expert with more than 25 years of experience in the field, spanning across vertical industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Logistics, and Telecommunication.
Joined FPT Software as Head of the Digital Logistics Group late 2019, he brought extensive knowledge in the complete life cycle of systems, from market research, strategy, requirement and design to operations, helping the company put in place the foundations of new products stream and customer journeys. On July 1, 2020, he was appointed as CEO of FPT France with a mission to strengthen the company’s footprint in the European market.
Previously, Modolo had dedicated nearly two decades to serve Quadient (formerly known as Neopost). Starting out as a Technical Leader in 2003, Modolo worked his way up to senior management positions such as Group R&D and Innovation Director (2017-2020) and CTO in charge of Data Quality and Data Management (2015 – Present). Modolo graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse and holds an MBA from HEC Paris.
Nguyen Tran Hung
Vice President, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Asia Pacific
David Nguyen Tran Hung was appointed Chief Executive Officer of FPT Asia Pacific in 2018, following more than a decade driving the company’s growth through enhanced operations, sales, and delivery. Hung began his career at FPT Software in 2006, after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with the National University of Vietnam. He started working as a Project Manager/Solutions Lead and, after two years, relocated to FPT’s newly opened Singapore office where he has grown to become a key member. Over the next 12 years, he took on several leadership challenges, from looking after Service Delivery, Business Development, and Operations to building partnerships with organizations in both public and private sectors. Hung played an important role in helping FPT win the contracts with top companies in the Asia-Pacific region, many of which are listed in Fortune Global 500. He holds an MBA’s degree from Alliance Manchester Business School.
Nguyen Quoc Hung
Vice President, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Software Korea
Starting his career at FPT in 2007, Nguyen Quoc Hung has spent his entire professional life helping to build it towards a global IT services player. After three years of rotating various managerial positions in Vietnam’s headquarter, in 2013, he was appointed Business Development Director at FPT’s Strategic Unit, responsible for growing the company’s presence in the US, Taiwanese and Korean markets. In 2015, Hung was tasked to embark on the company’s very first project in Korea and became CEO of FPT Korea one year later — as soon as the company inaugurated an office in Seoul. Under his leadership, FPT Korea tripled its revenue to 15 million USD in 2017 and maintained an annual growth rate of 50-60 percent in the following years. Hung aims to build FPT Korea a Top 3 IT firm in this market by 2022, focusing on key domains including Automotive, Consumer Electronics and Media Entertainment.
Tran Hong Chung
Vice President, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Software Malaysia
Tran Hong Chung was appointed Chief Executive Officer of FPT Malaysia in 2015, following his decade-long dedication to serve key accounts and strengthen the company’s presence in Southeast Asia’s third-largest economies. Built on his diverse experiences in software development, quality assurance, change management, business development and sales, Chung has led FPT Malaysia to win big contracts with both the private and the public sector, covering various domains from energy, insurance, transportation to manufacturing. He was named among FPT’s Top 100 Outstanding Individuals in three consecutive years (2016-2018) and FPT’s Best Performer in 2018.
Managing Director of FPT Software United Kingdom
Mohan Naidu currently holds the position of FPT UK’s Managing Director, overseeing sales, strategic business partnerships, and marketing activities to strengthen FPT’s presence in the UK market. He has a wealth of experiences in business development, alliance management, delivery, and technology consulting with global leading system integrators. Before joining FPT, Mohan spent more than four years at Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft, looking after Cloud-based solutions for API & Integration as well as Growth & Strategy for the Europe Banking business. Previously, he also spent nearly two decades at Indian IT company Tata Consultancy Services, holding various positions from sales, client partners to consultants in the UK, Europe, and Asia.
Managing Director of FPT Slovakia
Joining FPT Software in 1996, Tran Coi has dedicated more than two decades to the company, playing an important role in building and strengthening its presence in Europe. In 2015, he was appointed Managing Director of FPT Slovakia which was newly formed as FPT Software took over RWE IT Slovakia. At the time, the new entity was facing major challenges such as cultural differences and high turnover rate. However, he managed to turn around its business performance, doubling the number of employees in 2018 and making it to the Top 5 Most Attractive Employers in Slovakia for several straight years. FPT Slovakia has also grown from an internal service provider into a trusted IT firm in Europe, serving customers from eight countries.
Coi earned his Master’s degree in Executive MBA from RMIT University Vietnam and Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Information Processing from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
Phung Sy Bay
Managing Director of FPT India Private Limited
Over the course of nearly two decades working for FPT Software, Phung Sy Bay has taken on several roles in project management, delivery, resources management, and so on. From 2003 to 2005, he focused on developing ERP solutions and successfully implemented the system for two FMCG enterprises. In 2006, Bay led his team to seal the deal with a Malaysian energy giant and successfully deliver the at-the-time most valuable contract. In 2014, he developed and upgraded FPT Software’s internal project management system, an active system operating thousands of projects, at the fastest and most stable pace. Bay was appointed Managing Director of FPT India in 2020, serving industry giants in various sectors such as aviation, healthcare, telecommunications, and automotive. He set to develop FPT India into a global delivery center with 1,000 employees in 2025.
Bay obtained his bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology.
Quach Hai Son
Managing Director at FPT Software Indonesia
Quach Hai Son joined FPT Software in 2005 after obtaining a Professional Diploma in Information Technology from NIIT Academic and soon was tasked to manage multiple client projects. Between 2014 and 2017, he successfully managed a 100-engineer delivery unit and monitored 10 project teams in different domains, which got him promoted to Managing Director of FPT Software Indonesia in 2017.
Under his leadership, the company has been able to win major clients in various domains, including banking and insurance. With Indonesia emerging as one of the largest digital economies in Southeast Asia, Son looks to tap into the country’s rapid demand for digital transformation, serving unicorn start-ups and MNCs in financial service, manufacturing, telecommunication, and so on. FPT Indonesia sets to reach 20 Million US dollars in revenue by 2025.
