FPT Software has been certified ISO 9001: 2015 after an assessment process by the Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC) from 17 May to 19 May 2016 in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
At FPT Software, ISO 9001 certification is monitored anually and evaluated once in 3 years. Earlier, FPT Software has done ISO 9001 evaluation for 5 times. This year, the periodic monitoring evaluation was combined with evaluation to upgrade from version ISO 9001: 2008 to ISO 9001: 2015. Changes of this new version are mainly in terms of Production Background, Planning: risks identification and analysis, quality objectives, change management, Resources, and Customer Interaction Activities. With the evaluation process, all documents were improved to ensure implementation methods are more appropriate, therefore improve services delivered to clients.
ISO 9001: 2015 is a basic quality management system which can be used in all industries of all scales across the globe. Achieving this certification means that businesses have implemented an efficient quality management system which meets all requirements of applicable standards.
