The 5-year-anniversary of the cooperation between Hitachi Aloka Medical and FPT Software were marked by a memorable event on March 11th in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. The 5-year-partnership between the two sides were described through nostalgic drops of tears, dearly hugs of teammates, gripping hands to tighten friendship and lots of other emotional activities.

Joining the event, the delegates fromHitachi Aloka Medical were led by Mr. Toshihiko Kawano – Deputy Executive General Manager – Healthcare 1st Diagnostic Systems Division & Healthcare 2nd Diagnostic Systems Division, Hitachi Ltd. Healthcare Company; while from FPT Software there were CEO Mr. Hoang Viet Anh together with other managers of the company.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Toshihiko, Deputy Executive General Manager – Healthcare 1st Diagnostic Systems Division & Healthcare 2nd Diagnostic Systems Division from Hitachi Ltd. Healthcare Company shared the direction of the future partnership between the two sides: “Starting from April 2016, Hitachi Aloka and Hitachi Medical will be merged into a single Hitachi Limited Healthcare Business Unit. The new company will focus not only on the field of diagnostics as we have been doing since forever, but also on the Business Solution section including cloud computing in the field of Healthcare. In the next 5 years, I hope that we can maintain and nurture this good relationship and work together to strive with a common desire to develop new equipment to better support the health of people”.

Hitachi Aloka Medical stared cooperating with FPT Software since 2011 in the projects of development and localization for medical equipment, as well as maintenance for back-end and integration for the medical information system.
