On March 11, 2016 Nielsen and Alphabe announced the top 100 best places to work in Vietnam, in which FPT is ranked 21st in the list across industries. The company is ranked 2nd in the category of Information Technology – Software, Outsourcing behind Microsoft Vietnam. Leader of the top 100 best places to work in Vietnam 2016 is Unilever.
The survey was conducted from January to October 2015 to January 2016 with the participation of over 22 688 respondents who had experience working in 24 industries across the country. The survey is based on 46 elements in 6 key groups, including salary, bonus and benefits, development opportunities, leadership team, culture and values, quality of work and life and finally, the company’s reputation.
One of the core differences to build a good working environment at FPT is its corporate culture. On a comment to Anphabe Best Company during the survey, a respondent stated. “As a learning organization, FPT people are provided with ongoing training, improvement on skills and quick adaptation to the company’s environment. FPT people consider each other as family members, who always show friendliness, caring for each other and helping each other in their work “.
FPT has always been one of the few companies in Vietnam to be honored in the awards on recruiting and working environment.
