The company leverages its significant asset base, design and development capabilities, active capital management strategies, and extensive market network and operational capabilities to develop high-quality real estate products and services.
Current IT system has multiple components which serve for different users: consumers, corporate, internal user and others. These components worked separately, low performance and have no data integrity, multiple tasks to do manually, inefficiency.
FPT has joined customer’s 3 years duration project with team of 50 members to consult, design and implement the complete IT system which includes:
- Design & develop the digital API platform which integrates multiple sub-systems, provides different APIs for customer’s core businesses.
- Consolidate, design and implement the data warehouse from old platform to new platform.
- Leverage cloud, data analytic as the key innovative technology trend and decision making support.
- Improve performance, security and quality of services for internal users, external users and consumers.
- Provide a strong digital front-end transformation platform.
- FPT helped customer define the long IT roadmap and consulted them the new technologies and platforms to implement.
- FPT provided the intensive skill resource to design the complete systems which can reuse, scale and save cost. Besides, FPT also provided the most suitable solutions for key projects in the implementation roadmap.
- FPT is responsible for implementing different components with high quality within the roadmap schedule.
