FPT Software Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha is an influential leader with a dedication to improving diversity, equality, and inclusion. She encourages employees to be life-long learners, constantly obtaining new knowledge and skills, and leads by example through her proficiency in five languages.

She has held various senior management roles within FPT Corporation, including FPT Software (2020-present), FPT Telecom (2003-2020), and FPT Retail (2012-2017).

Under Ha and the management board's leadership, FPT Software achieved its first-ever 1 billion USD in revenue in 2023. Prior to that, she led FPT Telecom to its record-high revenue and profit after tax in 20 years. Ha played an important role in making FPT Telecom one of Vietnam's leading telecom and Internet services providers. She earned a Certificate of Merit from Vietnam’s Prime Minister for her contribution to the country’s telecommunications industry in 2012. Ha was also recognized among the 50 most influential businesswomen in 2017 and the Top 20 professional female managers by Forbes Vietnam in 2022.

Pham Minh Tuan started his career at FPT Corporation in 1996 after graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Science & Technology. In 1999, Tuan was appointed Technology Director of FPT India, taking the very first steps in realizing the company’s “Go Global” mission. From 2002 to 2010, Tuan contributed greatly in FPT Software's global presence expansion in key markets such as Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the U.S, and Europe, holding several managerial positions including Director of the Enterprise Solutions Unit, Managing Director of FPT Software Ho Chi Minh, and Vice President of FPT Software. Tuan also served as CEO of FPT Technology Solutions and then FPT Information System before returning to FPT Software as CEO in March 2018. In March 2024, he was appointed Executive Vice President of FPT Corporation, responsible for promoting the corporation and its member companies' global business activities.

Nguyen Khai Hoan graduated from the Academy of Finance under the Government of Federal Republic of Russia in 1999 and obtained a Ph.D. degree in economics, specializing in investment at the Institute of economics under the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation in 2003. He joined FPT in the same year.

At FPT Software, he worked as Chief Accountant from 2004 to 2005, and then Chief Finance Officer from 2005 to date, responsible for supervising and operating accounting and finance activities of FPT Software globally. He now concurrently holds the posts of Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Finance Officer and Chief Operating Officer of FPT Software, as well as Managing Director of FPT Software Vietnam. 

Dao Duy Cuong joined FPT Software in 2000 and was appointed as the Chief Digital Technology Officer (CDTO) in 2020. Prior to this appointment, he has taken on various managerial roles, including Vice Head of Global Delivery Unit and Chief Delivery Officer, and has made significant contributions to the company’s growth.

As CDTO, Cuong is responsible for building the digital transformation strategies for FPT Software and its clients. He has led the company's efforts to modernize IT systems and tools, and develop its skilled technical workforce to stay ahead in the industry.

Over a decades-long tenure, Do Van Khac has contributed greatly to the development of FPT Software and its overseas branches. He is now FPT Software's SEVP for Asia & Australasia markets and FPT Japan's Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to these roles, Khac held various management roles from 2014 to 2018, including FPT Software’s Chief Delivery Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief of Quality Officer and EVP. He made significant improvement on the delivery process & tool and workforce management through a series of programs and strategies that increase productivity and service quality. He was also FPT Japan's Chief Delivery Officer from 2018 to 2022.

Dang Tran Phuong is currently CEO of FPT Software Americas and SEVP for Europe, the Americas and the Middle East markets at FPT Software.

Phuong joined FPT in 2004 and has held numerous management positions in FPT Software’s Strategic Unit for the US market, and account manager for the company’s key accounts in aviation and logistics. In these roles, Phuong has contributed significantly to the sales growth and team expansion of the company. In 2016, he became Chief Delivery Officer of FPT Software Americas (formerly FPT USA). Together with the former CEO of FPT USA, he has significantly contributed to the organization's restructuring. He was officially appointed as the Chief Executive Officer on September 1, 2017.

Vu Tien Dat joined FPT Software in 2005 and quickly proved himself in higher positions. From 2010 to 2019, he held various positions such as Deputy Director and then Business Unit Director, Director of Delivery Management, and Director of FPT Software Delivery Unit in Da Nang (FDN). He helped FDN achieved impressive results in terms of both business and productivity growth rate. From 2022 to date, he has been working as Chief Delivery Officer of FPT Software. In this role, he is responsible for managing whole delivery activities, maintaining the effectiveness of the global delivery model and steering the execution of productivity improvement strategies.

Nguyen Tuan Minh was appointed FPT Software’s Chief Human Resource Officer in October 2020, being the youngest CHRO in the company’s history at the time. Minh first joined the company in 2012 and has held multiple positions in FPT Software's major projects, gaining strong expertise and deep understanding of the organization. In 2019, he was appointed Vice Delivery Head of Global Smart Technologies – the company’s strategic unit in smart device development services, where he contributed significantly to its growth in customer base, revenue and size.

With technical background, enthusiasm and fresh perspective, Minh is expected to be a change agent to guide and inspire FPT Software’s young workforce, driving the company to future success.

Nguyen Duc Kinh, a distinguished professional with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Tohoku University (Sendai, Japan), joined FPT Software in 2010 after six years of exceptional experience with leading Japanese firms. With an extensive background in product engineering spanning over 19 years, Kinh has excelled in managerial roles such as Business Unit Leader and Strategic Unit Leader.

In 2022, Kinh relocated from Japan to the United States, spearheading innovation in software-defined and electric vehicles across the entire engineering and manufacturing spectrum.

Currently, as Executive Vice President and CEO of FPT Automotive, Kinh's exceptional leadership has driven remarkable success. Under his guidance, the team has secured prestigious projects with top-tier global companies, achieving impressive revenue growth with a 50% Annual Growth Rate.

Le Hong Hai has over 20 years of experience at FPT Software, working across various locations, including the UK, US, Singapore, and Germany. He previously served as the Managing Director of FPT Software Europe, one of the company’s focused markets. Under his leadership, FPT Software Europe significantly increased its client base from 4 to 120, reached an annual revenue of over $50 million, and expanded its presence to the UK, Denmark, Netherlands, Romania, and Sweden. 
Starting from 2024, he takes on a new role as FPT Software SVP and Deputy CDO for the Europe and Middle East markets, further contributing to the company's development and global expansion strategies.

Nguyen Hoang Trung (Thomas Nguyen) joined FPT in 1999 as a member of FPT Technology Center for Young Talents. During a long tenure at FPT Software, Trung was recognized for his significant contribution to setting up and growing its Singapore branch - FPT Asia Pacific - where he held several roles including Technical Director, Managing Director, and then CEO, and led the branch to outstanding growth. In 2016, he was appointed Program Director at FPT Corporation and received the 1st-class Achievement Medal. In 2017, he served as Senior Executive Vice President of FPT Information System before returning to FPT Software in 2018. He is currently Senior Vice President and Deputy CFO at FPT Software.

Doan Phu Tai currently serves as CEO of FPT Software Innovation, poising to promote innovative solutions for enhanced efficiency and tech competencies of the company. With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, Tai has gained reputation for his adept expertise and innovative approach in delivery domain. Prior to FPT Software Innovation, he held the position of Director of the FPT Software Hanoi Strategic Unit, providing world-class IT services to the company's core markets and significantly contributing to the expansion of FPT Software footprints in potential markets. Tai also spent several years taking on various leadership roles in FPT Software units and divisions with a track record of remarkable results in management and innovation.

Nguyen Quoc Dong is the Vice President and Deputy CDO at FPT Software. Having worked at FPT Software for over 20 years, he has held various management roles, including Project Manager, Division Leader, and Strategic Unit Leader. He previously served as Director of Integrated Commerce Solutions at FPT Software.

Dong has proven to be a skilled technology expert and a visionary leader. He has made significant contribution to enhancing the company's delivery quality and capabilities in Agile project implementation. In recognition of his outstanding achievements, he has received several corporate honours, including Excellent Employee in 2007, Best Manager in 2012, and FPT Corporation 3rd-class Achievement Medal.

Graduating from the University of Tokyo with a bachelor’s degree in System Innovations, Nguyen Huu Long has decades of experience in IT industry in Japanese market. Mostly based in Tokyo, he is the founder and CEO of FPT Consulting Japan (FCJ) since 2019, specializing in Digital Transformation consulting and helping Japanese enterprises building their digital platform and services. FCJ reaches 300 consultants early 2023 and will continue to grow its digital force to 1,000 by 2025.

He’s also served as Vice President of FPT Software and Senior Vice President of FPT Japan Holding, FPT Software’s largest overseas subsidiary.

Frank Bignone was Airbus’s Vice President and Head of Digital Transformation for the APAC region and China. Specialized in aviation, aerospace, and service industries, he has held various managerial positions at Airbus Defense and Space, Spot Image, Astrium Geo-Information Services, EADS Astrium, and ISTAR. In his previous role, Bignone led Airbus's regional digital transformation team to develop strategic initiatives and optimize services to meet variety of deliverables and customer satisfaction, along with implementing Airbus’s digital platform strategy Skywise. In 2021, he joined FPT Software as Managing Director of DX Division, aiding the company's transformation into a world-class IT and Digital Transformation services provider.

Joining FPT in 2003, Ngo Minh Tri has held various positions from Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, to Project Manager, Delivery Manager and Operation Manager. He has extensive experience in implementing enterprise services from SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and in-house packages like DMS, Digital Retail solutions. 

In August 2021, Tri was appointed Director of FPT Software Competency Unit on Enterprise Business Services with the aim of providing better services and solutions to global enterprises. Tri received many accolades and was recognized twice in FPT's Top 100 Employees in 2011 and 2020.

Nguyen Xuan Phong is FPT Software’s Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer. He is an influential leader with vast managerial and technical experience. From 2013 to 2021, Phong served as an AI researcher at Hitachi Central Research Laboratory, where he obtained 8 patents and was named among Top 50 young inventors. He also spent two years as Director of Data Science and AI Division at Tokyo Techies, two years as Hitachi’s representative, and four years as Visiting Researcher at the world’s largest AI research institute Mila (Canada).

In 2018, Phong returned to Vietnam following the government’s Innovation Network program. Phong played an important role in the strategic partnership between FPT and Mila, with an aspiration to build a world-class AI hub in Vietnam.

Phong holds a Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo and a Master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University, two top-tier universities in the US and Japan. 

Chu Canh Chieu is Managing Director of Global Healthcare Center at FPT Software. Fresh out of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, he joined the company in 2006 as a developer before taking on multiple managerial roles. In 2016, he was appointed Business Unit Leader and gained success in developing the business unit in terms of both size and operating markets. From 2020 to 2022, he was Vice Leader of FPT Software Hanoi Strategic Unit. Chieu contributed significantly to laying the foundation for the company’s strategic unit in healthcare solutions.

Chu Canh Chieu was named among FPT Software’s Best Managers in 2022, and FPT Corporation’s Top 100 Best Performers in 2008, 2014 and 2019.

Le Hoai Bao is the Director of Customization Energy and E-Media Platform at FPT Software. He leads a team of more than 600 software engineers,  delivering software services in the US and APAC markets.

With 15 years of expertise in System Engineering, Project and Program Management, Bao has led many complex multidisciplinary large-scale projects from concept to production. He has worked with the top executive of customers to build successful strategies leveraging Digital transformation, Scales Agile, Microservices, and new technology AI, Big Data, and Cloud to transform their IT system. With over 15 years working in software development, he has performed different roles and software development processes such as CMMi, and Agile.

Nguyen Khac Hiep started his career at FPT Software in 2008 and has held various key positions since then. In 2010, Hiep established a dedicated development team focusing on smart device platforms. Over his 15-year tenure at FPT Software, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise and leadership, spearheading the company's most extensive unit dedicated to developing smart platforms and solutions, which comprises thousands of members. Hiep holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University.

Joining FPT Software in 2005, Le Thanh Nhan has gained reputation for his strong technical expertise, with 20+ certificates in project management (PMP, PgMP, PfMP), software design, solution architect, and more. He also serves as a mentor for Agile/Scrum and Waterfall processes.
Nhan has earned extensive managerial experience through various roles from Project Manager, Delivery Manager to Business Unit Lead. Under his leadership, many projects have been successfully delivered to clients in key markets such as the US, APAC, and Europe. From 2024, Nhan holds the post of Director of FPT Software Hanoi Strategic Unit, one of the company's largest strategic units, to continue developing IT workforce and delivering more projects to global clients.

Hanh Vo joined FPT Software in 2006 with robust technical and managerial expertise in both traditional and Agile work environments. Her strategic acumen and extensive experience have driven the success of numerous programs tailored for FPT's key markets, including Japan and the US. Hanh's leadership has earned her several corporate accolades, including Manager of the Year, Best Performer, and 1st Runner-up in the FPT Software TOP 100 Awards 2022. 
In January 2024, Hanh assumed the role of Director of FPT Software Ho Chi Minh City Strategic Unit, poised to elevate project and program management to new heights.
Hanh holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional and Scaled Agile Consultant.

Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong is currently Vice President of FPT Software and Chief Revenue Officer of FPT Automotive.

Throughout her 17 years at FPT Software, Duong has achieved many remarkable accomplishments, including becoming the first and only female director of FPT Software Strategic Software Unit. In 2013, she was appointed as Strategic Customer Manager in Japan and successfully brought in many projects for the company. In 2016, she was assigned to lead F500 – a strategic unit in cooperation with Fujitsu Corporation. Under her leadership, FPT became a strategic partner of Fujitsu and the only foreign company recognized by the customer as a distinguished partner. Since 2020, she returned to Vietnam and developed a strategic business unit focusing on digital transformation solutions for Vietnamese businesses.
