As a leading company in the information service area, the Client has used this technology to meet a variety of computerization needs from companies and society as a whole. They focus on the types of solution as embedded system solutions, Web solutions and System Integration solutions.
Business Need
Execute unit testing source code for Engine Control Unit (ECU) of car systems. The code provided by customer and we did the analysis and unit testing.
It required experienced QA testers who have ANSI-C and MULTI IDE experiences and White Box testing skill.
Scope of work: Done as White Box testing, checking input and output value of function via running on Software Simulation
- Created test cases/update original test cases provided by customer
- Analyzed and understood source code
- Compiled the code and ran it on the simulator
- Created test result base on simulator’s output

The solutions
FPT Software built an Offshore Testing Center to do the test need in the areas of new deployments.
Used Onsite/Offshore model and onsiters always worked closed with customers for a new test business or techniques. They also worked as a bridge to support offshore about clarifying requirement and customer support, etc. Then the onsiters transfer their knowledge/business to offshore people.
Offshore provided “real-time” test reports/project reports to customer so they always have up-to-date project’s status.
