The customer is based in Japan offers IT services include System operation, System integration, Equipment & supplies sales. They concentrate more on business application like production control, sales & marketing control etc.
Project Description:
This system was developed for a Japan’s Ministry to allow construction companies to submit their project proposals and allows users (departments requiring construction work) to search for contractors with the ability to satisfy the stipulated conditions.
This system was built upon the old and technologically obsolete system that required the usage of more than 10 web and programming languages. The new system makes use of open source (Java, Struts, Spring …) technology and has the aim of reducing maintenance costs and improving overall performance.
