FPT - one of strongest growing listed
firms in 2012
Of the 20 companies operating in information
technology and quoted on today’s Vietnamese stock
market, FPT is one of the most stable growing
enterprises. FPT’s EPS in 2011 was posted at 7,095
dong and rose 20% higher than in 2010.
According to many economic experts’ assessments, FPT
stock is well financed with a stable development
strategy. In particular, the IT industry has been
one of the "hottest" in Vietnam's economy for the
last few years, with average growth of 20-25% per
year, 2-3 times higher than GDP growth.
This was proved in 2011, when, despite a difficult
year for the economy, FPT maintained a stable growth
rate of 27% compared to many other listed companies.
